August is upon us and we are already thinking about our annual return to our windy winter location of Baja Mexico in the small town of La Ventana! We will be teaching November through March at Palapas Ventana. With an easy flight into Cabo, your shuttle will then escort you to the world renowned Sea of Cortez for some of the best conditions for winds sports around!!
Whether you didn't get in enough training time during our Northwest summer season, or you want to continue to progress as an independent kiteboarder, our certified instructor team combined with our beach front partners at Palapas Ventana are known for offering “The Best of Baja”

Jetty Island Kiteboarding "Light Wind Olympics" Event & Competition : June 15-16, 2019 is On!!
Puget Sound Kitesurfing Association (PSKITE) will once again bring the NW Kiteboarding Community together by holding the Jetty Island Light Wind Olympics (JILWO) on Jetty Island, Everett, WA June 15-16. The Event will include kiteboarding competitions in different disciplines, industry demos, music, prizes and more. Check out two local article write ups about this awesome locally run event!

Good-bye Winter, Hello Spring/ Summer Kiteboarding in Seattle
It was awesome to see so many local NW riders out over the past two weekends on Whidbey Island for some ripping days on the water! This day provided mid to higher tides and strong overnight southerly winds brining some nice sized swell and waves to the beaches off Double Bluff Park. Kiteboarding is one of the many things to do on Whidbey Island.
This spot is one of our favorite Fall/ Winter locations to ride and can also come through in early Spring. As days are getting longer these may be the last of our strong southerly winds for a while as we look forward to the transition to Spring/ Summer Season in the NW where Jetty Island begins to fire and our Kiteboarding Lesson Program opens for on-water training May 1st.
