Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lesson time is based on actual instruction, whether on the beach or in the water, your instructor will keep time an take breaks as needed.  Any additional time over the paid amount will be invoiced to the client after the course. Any incomplete time will be credited towards clients next training session or can be refunded - 3% processing fee. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation so we have every opportunity to get another rider out onto the water. We ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled reservation and to arrive on time. For all clients who miss their reservation with no prior communication to Urban Surf Kiteboarding will be charged 1 hour of their reserved training time, which will be deducted out of your pre season deposit.

Be Aware!

Some kiteboarding Schools operate without any formal training, insurance, or experience. These programs can put both students and riding location access at risk. You should be able to verify both kite school and instructor's current status and performance record though the internationally recognized training program registrar of the IKO.

Jetty Island Kite Zone, does not tell a story, at least not in the traditional sense.
